Our Approach to Mental Health Massage Therapy

At Cincinnati Massage for Mental Health, we believe that mental and physical health are interconnected. Our approach to massage therapy emphasizes the mind-body connection and how it can be strengthened to promote overall wellness. We use evidence-based techniques and modalities that have been shown to improve mental health, such as massage, EFT, acupressure, and aromatherapy. We also offer complementary therapies, such as stretching, yoga, and guided meditation, to enhance the therapeutic benefits of massage therapy. Our goal is to provide personalized care that addresses the unique needs and goals of each client and to empower our clients to take an active role in their own mental and physical well-being.

If you're seeking holistic and integrative support for anxiety, grief, depression or stress... you're in the right place.
