At Cincinnati Massage for Mental Health, we offer a range of evidence-based massage therapy techniques and complementary therapies to support mental health and well-being. ​Each client receives an individualized treatment plan tailored to their unique needs. You'll know what to plan for, and what to expect. ​​Your customized plan might include any combination of modalities.

Our massage sessions are primarily Swedish massage style, but may be fused with:
Vagus Nerve Stimulation, Lomi Lomi, Acupressure. Meridian, Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy and Neuromuscular Therapy, Reiki, Deep Tissue, and other modalities as needed.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or Tapping may be used in one or all of your sessions as needed and desired.

Aromatherapy may be used in one or all of your sessions as needed and desired.
